When DatsJustice says he’s working, he is not lying. Earlier this year we were listening to the We Different EP and less than 6 months later he is back with another project. This notable drop is Paradox. This 7 song EP is a must listen. Now, I may be bias because I already like his music but hear me out.
I stand by my notion that DatsJustice makes music you can ride to. His music is built for slow cruising and heavy vibes. I’m not mad. Additionally, if you need sounds to flex to, I can def give you a few lines from this project.
DatsJustice starts the project with Envious. The song gives you a lesson on being careful who you trust and a warning to watch out for envious friends. This intro is short but straight to the point. With this track he delivers heavy bass and a beat which sounds as sneaky as your most envious friend.
From there he moves into Bag On It. Once he gets going on the beat he doesn’t stop. However, one of my personal favorites is Anyhow. The song is upbeat and has a beat you can bounce to. If you can hear the flex in the lyrics you will certainly love the visuals, check them out below.
DatsJustice changes the pace as he goes into Dangerous. This track boasts heavy bass and is one to play if your goal is to make the speakers knock. From Dangerous he taps into his slow vibes.
With All For You and Showers DatsJustice provides two songs for the ladies. On Showers he raps “let me shower you with money. She got that sticky, make it gooey like it’s honey”. Showers is another one of my favorites. Regardless of gender, the song provides a sexy aura that you can just vibe and relax to. I can imagine hearing this track in a strip club as money falls over the dancer’s bodies.
DatsJustice closes the EP out with My Way. He kicks things back up and reminds you that he does things his way. Overall, I’d say Paradox is a solid project. It gives a range of vibes but stays true to DatsJustice’s personal style. If you have 20 minutes, simply turn Paradox on and let it rock, you won’t be disappointed.
